My career didn’t follow a straight line—and that’s been its biggest advantage.

I started by learning how businesses actually work: numbers, people, decisions, and trade-offs. Over the last 13+ years, I’ve worked across India, Japan, and the GCC, leading categories and businesses with full P&L ownership across retail and e-commerce.

What shaped me most wasn’t a single role or title—but learning to operate in uncertainty.

Retail taught me that plans rarely survive reality. Markets move. Customers behave unexpectedly. Inventory either compounds value—or quietly destroys it.

That pushed me toward disciplined thinking:

  • Data before opinions.
  • Systems over intuition.
  • Decisions designed to work consistently, not occasionally.

I’ve worked as a consultant, and early-stage founding team member—helping businesses improve profitability, planning discipline, and execution clarity. Today, I work at the intersection of strategy, merchandising, and commercial decision-making for large, complex organizations.

This platform exists for one reason: To share practical frameworks built from real operating experience—so leaders, professionals, and students can make better decisions with confidence, clarity, and consistency.
